Intervention 1: Intervention group: The experimental group will do 3 sessions of 30-minute exercise program per week at home on non-dialysis days with the simultaneous supervision of an online trainer

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age 18 to 75 years old on HD for at least 1 years permission from doctors to participate capacity to provide informed consent having at least thoracic curvature abnormality or forward head abnormality

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: cardiac instability (angina, decompensated congestive heart failure, severe arteriovenous stenosis, uncontrolled arrhythmias, etc.) active infection or acute medical illness hemodynamic instability inability to exercise (e.g. lower extremity amputation with no prosthesis) severe musculoskeletal pain at rest or with minimal activity shortness of breath at rest or with activities of daily living
