Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Cobb angle. Timepoint: Measurement of variables, at the beginning of the study and 56 days after the start of GPR exercises. Method of measurement: In order to evaluate the changes in the angles of the curvature of the vertebral column before and after the test: Using the digital photography or photogrammetry method proposed by Saad et al. (2009) using the Windows software SCODIAC v. 2.0 will be used. The examiner marks the landmark on the spine (C7? T12 , S2) of the subject, and after that each subject must be photographed standing with bare feet at a distance of 2 meters from the camera. Finally, the photo obtained by the aforementioned software is checked and its results are recorded. In this method, the angle between the lines drawn along the spine of the upper and lower part of the curve is calculated and subtracted from 180 and the obtained number is recorded as Cobb's angle.;Muscle endurance. Timepoint: Measurement of variables, at the beginning of the study and 56 days after the start of GPR exercises. Method of measurement: Sorenson's test is used to check the endurance of the spinal extensor muscles. The subject is lying on the bed in such a way that the lower limb is on the table and the trunk is placed horizontally outside the bed. Then the examiner completely fixes the person's lower body with a belt and the subject is asked to place his hands on the chest and keep the body in line with the ground when the examiner starts the test. The subject's record is recorded with a timer.;Lateral rotation of the spine. Timepoint: Measurement of variables, at the beginning of the study and 56 days after the start of GPR exercises. Method of measurement: A scoliometer will be used to evaluate the degree of trunk rotation. The subject is in a standing position with full knee extension and trunk flexion (Adams test). The scoliometer is placed on the most prominent part of the back, and the number displayed on the scoliometer indicates the degree of trunk rotation curva

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Quality of life. Timepoint: Measurement of variables, at the beginning of the study and 56 days after the start of GPR exercises. Method of measurement: To evaluate the level of quality of life, the full score of all sections of the Persianized SRS-22 questionnaire is used.;Mental health. Timepoint: Measurement of variables, at the beginning of the study and 56 days after the start of GPR exercises. Method of measurement: In order to check mental health, 5 items of SRS-22 questionnaire will be used in Persian.
