Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Selected scorpion sting patients referred to the emergency department who have clinical signs related to local and systemic envenomation (neuromuscular symptoms) in the age group of 12 to 50 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating women People who have gallstones Diabetic patients Patients who have a specific tolerance or allergy to polyvalent antivenom serum
