| Measurement of Visible Plaque Index (VPI). The Presence of visible dental plaque along the gingival margin is evaluated on 4 Surfaces (mesial, distal, buccal and lingual) of each tooth and is presented as a percentage of the total examined oral surfaces. Timepoint: The first day of study (before the intervention) and 15 days after using mouthwash. Method of measurement: Observation by the naked eye under the sufficient light.;Measurement of Gingival Bleeding Index (GBI). each tooth is probed in 6 areas (mesial, middle, and distal on both buccal and lingual surfaces). The number of bleeding points is presented as a percentage of the total probed points in the mouth. Timepoint: The first day of study (before the intervention) and 15 days after using mouthwash. Method of measurement: WHO probe.;The number of colonies of oral bacteria grown in the culture medium. Timepoint: The first day of study (before the intervention) and 15 days after using mouthwash.
