Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age over 18 and under 65 years Body mass index over 20 and under 30 kilograms per square meter

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Having enteral and parenteral nutritional support Consumption of omega-3 supplements and antioxidants Breastfeeding Intention to become pregnant within the next 6 months Infectious diseases Thyroid disorders Thrombocytopenia Dumping syndrome
