Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Need of free gingival grafting in both sides of mandible Systemic and periodontal health

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any medical contraindication for gingival surgery Not maintaining good plaque control History of previous periodontal or graft surgery of that area Tooth mobility in the graft site Smoking or alchohol

Design outcomes

Primary

Measure	Time frame
The graft shrinkage during 8 weeks. Timepoint: 1-2-4-8 weeks post operation. Method of measurement: Periodontal probe.	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
Pain and discomfort of the participant after the surgery. Timepoint: 1-2-4-8 weeks after the surgery. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale.	—
