Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: overweight and obese Age range 25-40 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects did not participate in regular exercise during the past year No type 2 diabetes No other chronic diseases such as cancer No history of cardiovascular disease No physical or medical restrictions for participating in sports exercises
