Interventions

Intervention 1: Group A was treated with magnetic resonance imaging (rTMS) at low frequency (1 Hz) for 20 minutes daily for 5 days (5,200 pulses / day) for 3 weeks at the same time as taking the drug.

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-60 years History of moderate to severe persistent OCD (score greater than or equal to 16 in the Y-BOCS questionnaire) Score of the Beck Depression questionaaire below of 17 Receiving standard OCD medication through four weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of epilepsy or seizures History of drug abuse History of severe head trauma Having any type of metal implant or pace maker
