Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Confirmed diagnosis of opioids and stimulants substances Men over 18 years old The emergence of withdrawal syndrome based on the diagnosis of a psychiatrist A score of at least 3 in the VAS test Performing a TLC test to detect consumption (methadone, morphine, amphetamine and etc..) Consent to participating in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Liver or kidney failure History of hypersensitivity to resperidone or crocin

Pain caused by drug withdrawal according to VAS test. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention and daily for ten days after the start of the intervention.
