Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being 60 to 75 years old Have a minimum literacy Having mild cognitive impairment according to the results of the standard questionnaire of brief cognitive status examination (MMSE Agreeing to participate in the study and completing and signing the consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having diabetes History of stroke History of a head injury Having depression based on the score of the Elderly Depression Questionnaire Having a history of addiction Having diarrhea Having colic pain Having recent abdominal surgery

MeasureTime frame
Mild cognitive impairment. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and one month after taking Golgand combination. Method of measurement: To measure cognitive status, the standard questionnaire of brief cognitive status examination was used. The number of test questions is 11 questions and has 30 scores, including 16 scores of the Memory and Orientation subscale, 5 scores of the Attention and Focus subscale, and 8 scores of language proficiency assessment. And comprehension and 1 point is spatial visual ability. The maximum score of the above test is 30 points. A score between 24 and 30 is a sign of cognitive health and a score of 23 or lower indicates a cognitive impairment. A score above 21 indicates mild cognitive problems. A score of 10 to 20 is moderate cognitive impairment and a score below 9 is severe cognitive impairme.
