35 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Based on laboratory studies, clinical findings and diagnosis of a specialist physician with hypertension. The patient does not have a physical or mental disability. Not be illiterate, be literate. Willing to participate and collaborate in research. Ability to control and access patients. Patients are between 65-35 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Reluctance to continue participating in the trial for any reason... Incomplete completion of the questionnaire. Absence from attending training sessions for more than two sessions.
