Intervention 1: Case group:49 patients treated with Risperidone tablets with a maximum dose of 2 my daily and vitamin C 1000 my daily. Intervention 2: Control group:49 patients treated with Risperidon

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Satisfaction of parents IQ above 50 based on Wayland test performance Use of Risperidone for at least one last month Lack of obvious organic disease (based on family history and medical records of obvious organic causes: such as Visual and Auditory Impairment and Seizures and Head trauma and Chronic or Acute Medical Disorders, and Cerebral dysfunction) No other psychiatric disorders, including Toure syndrome, Fragil X, schizophrenia, ADHD based on a structured psychiatric interview conducted by a pediatric psychiatrist

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: If parents do not cooperate for any reason after entering the study Use of other psychotropic drugs except Risperidone Having any intolerable drug side effects by the patient or life threatening and any other disease that requires medication. Which can cause problems in the results of this study.
