Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Literacy reading Persian writing primipara The age of the child from birth to 5 days if the formula has not started yet Absence of severe physical and mental illness (self-report) Written consent to participate in the study Determining Maternal Anxiety Based on Spill Berger Questionnaire (with Line 50)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Alcohol and drug addiction and other substances Stress in the last two months that has caused severe emotional symptoms in the mother (divorce, immigration, dismissal, etc.) Severe physical illness, major psychiatric disorder The baby has difficulty sucking

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Anxiety score in Spielberger questionnaire. Timepoint: Measurement of maternal anxiety at the beginning of the study (before entering the study) and 2, 4 and 6 months of age of child. Method of measurement: Spielberger Anxiety Questionnaire.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Breastfeeding self-efficacy. Timepoint: Periods of measuring breastfeeding self-efficacy at the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and 2, 4 and 6 months of age of child. Method of measurement: Questionnaire 14 questions of Dennis breastfeeding self-efficacy.;Successful breastfeeding. Timepoint: Measurement periods of breastfeeding success in 2, 4 and 6 months of age of child. Method of measurement: Ministry's 2 to 6 month old baby nutrition evaluation form in the Sib system which has 9 questions.
