Inclusion criteria: Secondary school female students Satisfaction with enrollment.Get a score above 7 of the disability questionnaire Parental consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Reluctance to continue research 2. Training in psychological skills in the last 6 months
