Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants under the coverage of rural health network of Tehran University of Medical Sciences 18 to 60 year-old participants
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed neoplasm Diagnosed remarkable psychiatric disorders Diagnosed cognitive impairment Unwillingness to participate/continue with participation
