Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: These include working in the Agar and Dalan Operations Area reading and writing literacy willingness to participate in the study Being in the age range of 20 to 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Reluctance to participate in the study having a specific disease that seriously affects their nutrition having a specific disease that limits a person's physical activity

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Improving the score of social cognitive theory constructs (self-regulation, self-efficacy, outcome expectation, social support) in the intervention group. Timepoint: The intervention will be assessed in two stages before the intervention and 3 months after the intervention using a questionnaire based on social cognitive theory. Method of measurement: Evaluation using the questionnaire will be extracted from a comprehensive review of the literature.

MeasureTime frame
Improve healthy nutrition. Timepoint: Before the intervention and 3 months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Healthy eating behavior will be measured by using the nutrition section of the standard lifestyle questionnaire and also by measuring the amount of calories received recorded in a notebook prepared for both intervention and control groups.;Promote regular physical activity. Timepoint: Before the intervention and 3 months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Regular physical activity behavior will be measured using the International Standard Physical Activity Questionnaire and the Physical Activity section of the Standard Lifestyle Questionnaire, as well as by measuring the amount of physical activity recorded in a notebook prepared for both intervention and control groups.
