Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Have age ranges 50-59 years No consumption of alcohol beverages No taking antioxidant supplements No suffering from chronic diseases No suffering from musculoskeletal injuries No smoking No participation in exercise training during last year

Exclusion criteria: have cardiovascular and orthopedic disorders
