Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with ischemic mitral valve regurgitation who are candidates for elective CABG / Mitral Valve repair surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency surgery Accompanying underlying disease (liver cirrhosis) Related Morbidity and Mortality Cases (Sepsis) Ejection Fraction less than 25% Re-operation Recent Myocardial Infarction History (Troponin Positive)

MeasureTime frame
Serum levels of cardiac troponin. Timepoint: Measurement of serum troponin levels at 6, 12 and 24 hours postoperatively. Method of measurement: Serum troponin levels.
