Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients in age 40 - 65 that entry to orthopedic unit of Ahvaz Golestan Hospital in one week that undergoing Knee arthroplasty operation All patients in this study must be in 2 hours after arthroplasty surgery. Patients must has personal satisfaction and certification from her own physician.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All patients has long-term medical condition such as HTN, Diabetic and Neurology diseases. All patients has allergic record to regular drugs. All patients taken immuno-suppressive drugs. All patients has addictive to forbidden and tranquilizer drugs.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Diameter of knee joint. Timepoint: 12 hours after examination. Method of measurement: Via device of long meter.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Pain. Timepoint: each 2 hours after examination. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale.
