Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Poor levator function (4 mm and less) Congenital unilateral myogenic ptosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with poor bels Patients with cerebral palsy History of surgery Other causes of ptosis (blepharophimosis, jaw winking reflex , etc)

Marginal red reflex. Timepoint: Before surgery, and 1, 3, and 6 months after surgery. Method of measurement: Ruler and flashlight.;Tear film. Timepoint: Before surgery, and 1, 3, and 6 months after surgery. Method of measurement: Shimmer test.;Lagophthalmous. Timepoint: Before surgery, and 1, 3, and 6 months after surgery.
