Intervention 1: Intervention group A: Initially, personal consent is obtained from the patients. Then patients group A receive Dexmedetomidine ,1µg/kg bolus in 10 minutes and infusion of Dexmedetomidi

Inclusion criteria: age 18 to 45 years old Candidate for tonsillectomy under general anesthesia ASAI,ASAII

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: recent usage of beta blocker allergy to study drugs

Method of measurement: observe and record.;Emergence agitation. Timepoint: Recovery Duration. Method of measurement: observe and record.;Mean arterial pressure.
