Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age 18 to 45 years old Candidate for tonsillectomy under general anesthesia ASAI,ASAII

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: recent usage of beta blocker allergy to study drugs

MeasureTime frame
Post anesthetic emergence delirium scale (PAEDS) score. Timepoint: In the minutes of 0, 15, 30, 45, 60 and after transfer to recovery. Method of measurement: observe and record.;Observational pain score(OPS) score. Timepoint: In the minutes of 0, 15, 30, 45, 60 and after transfer to recovery. Method of measurement: observe and record.;Emergence agitation. Timepoint: Recovery Duration. Method of measurement: observe and record.;Mean arterial pressure. Timepoint: before induction, during surgical incision, in the minutes of 0, 15, 30, 45, 60 and after transfer to recovery. Method of measurement: Noninvasive manometer.;Pulse rate. Timepoint: before induction, during surgical incision, in the minutes of 0, 15, 30, 45, 60 and after transfer to recovery. Method of measurement: pulse oximetery.
