Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Overweight and obesity women Age between 18 and 50 years BMI=25 Weight stability for 3 months before the start of the study Have low to moderate physical activity The desire to lose weight and consent to participate in the project

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Specific disease Take medication that affect metabolism Pregnant or breastfeeding Menopause History of slimming surgery Drug or alcohol addiction Uncontrolled mental illness such as depression and eating disorders

Resting metabolic rate. Timepoint: Before and after the intervention. Method of measurement: Indirect Calorimetry.;Body composition. Timepoint: Before the intervention, one month after the intervention and after the intervention. Method of measurement: Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis.

Lipid profile. Timepoint: Before and after the intervention. Method of measurement: Blood test.;Fasting blood sugar. Timepoint: Before and after the intervention.
