Intervention 1: Intervention group: rinsing the hematoma using Half-normal saline solution,. Intervention 2: Control group: rinsing the hematoma using normal saline solution.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with chronic subdural hematoma Age range 60 to 80 years Satisfaction to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with previous or current CVA Patients with chronic bilateral SDH Patients with diabetes and other comorbidities Patients who are not satisfied with participating in the study
