Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age : 18-65 years, diagnosis of(Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease ) NAFLD by a specialist after ultrasound and blood test, not receiving any diet and regular exercise program in the last 6 months, no history of alcohol consumption, no use of statin-lowering fat drugs, no existence of other liver diseases (viral hepatitis B and C), non-use of tobacco, absence of hormonal disorders, absence of pregnancy and lactation, no history of cardiovascular disease, no use of anti hypertensive drugs, absence of other joint diseases, Wilson, celiac disease, renal failure and thyroid disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non-compliance with the prescribed diet, failure to perform the specified exercise, high blood pressure, respiratory problems, weight loss of more than 10% for the exercise group and diet, the occurrence of any disease during the study that prevents exercise, consumption Drugs and supplements without the approval of the doctor and the researcher, taking fat burning supplements during the research, and not consent to continue the research

MeasureTime frame
Alanine aminotransferase (ALT). Timepoint: this variable is measured twice: the first, at the beginning of the study, and the next time, at the end of the twelfth week. Method of measurement: Measurement of biochemical tests using an auto-analyzer frequency measurements.;The amount of fat liver. Timepoint: This variable is measured twice: the first, at the beginning of the study, and the next time, at the end of the twelfth week. Method of measurement: It will be measured by Ultrasound.;The anthropometric index including weight, height, Body mass index and so on. Timepoint: Antropometric measures will be made in four times: beginning, 4th, 8th weeks , and end of week 12. Method of measurement: The weight of a subjects will be measured using a digital scale with an accuracy of 0.1 kg, with a minimum of clothing; and height of a person without shoes using a height gauge with an accuracy of 1 mm and body mass index by its formula.
