Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Ability to read and write Willingness to participate in the study and ability to provide written informed consent A maximum of three months having passed since the patient's diagnosis Age over 18 years Ability to speak and understand the Persian language No history of other chronic physical or mental illnesses such as MS (based on self-report No exposure to serious critical or distressing situations affecting other family members Adequate housing conditions for family caregivers during the study period
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participation in other similar studies during the implementation of the program unwillingness to continue participation during the study experiencing severe psychological or physical crises (such as the patient’s death or critical illness, accident, or divorce of close relatives of the caregivers) during the study period
