Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Bachelor's degree in one of the fields of emergency medicine/nursing/anesthesia Having at least one year of experience working in an emergency medical center Not having a mental illness Not taking neuroleptic drugs Absence of any chronic physical illness Not having major stressors such as the death of a loved one or divorce or acute family stress No Financial bankruptcy within the past 4 months No tobacco/drug use Not using complementary medicine techniques such as yoga, acupressure, and massage The presence of job stress according to the questionnaire
