Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with grade 3 or 4 have gynecomastia Absence of liver diseases Absence of thyroid diseases Absence of kidney diseases Absence of malignancy Lack of hormonal changes in estrogen to progesterone ratio

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mortality Lack of patient cooperation

Liposuction and resection of subcutaneous resection without incision around the areolar, with liposuction and resection of subcutaneous resection with areolar incision. Timepoint: Days 21, 7, and 3 months and 6 months after surgery. Method of measurement: Complete a checklist and record visit information.
