Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having irritable bowel syndrome based on ROME IV criteria Beck's depressive score above 17 Clinical diagnosis of major depressive disorder

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 18 years and over 60 years History of dementia Weight loss of more than 5% of the patient's weight in the last 6 to 12 months Hematochezia Anemia History of bleeding from gastric ulcer Gastric or peptic ulcer Inflammatory bowel disease Mental retardation Cancer
