Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age over 40 years Knee osteoarthritis based on ACR creatria for at least 6 months Feeling pain or discomfort in the knee for at least 3 months on a daily basis or reducing significant limitations on the Joint involved for 1 month according to WOMAC No history of underlying diseases (including diabetes, inflammatory arthritis) OCP consumption, smoking
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: BMI>30 Recent history of knee surgery All cases of secondary osteoarthritis Drug and / or antidepressant use while studying Major psychiatric diseases
