18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: range of age between 18 to 35 History of unilateral ankle sprain, at least 12 months before the study History of at least 2 unilateral ankle sprains or sprains in the last 12 months Obtaining a score of 90% or less on the daily activity scale and a score of 80% or less on the sports scale in the Foot and Ankle Ability Questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any history of lower limb fractures or surgery or other musculoskeletal disorders such as low back pain Receive any other rehabilitation treatment while studying Take sedatives for the past 48 hours and take any medications that cause imbalance or cognitive changes
