Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of migraine by a neurologist, Being in the age group of 18 to 55 Female gender, a minimum of secondary education,Not undergoing parallel psychological or psychiatric treatments, Having physical fitness (not having debilitating physical diseases such as MS, muscular and skeletal diseases) to participate in training courses,Determination and desire to participate in research and its continuation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No migraine diagnosed by a neurologist,Being under the age of 18 and over 55..
