Intervention 1: Intervention group: Group A:every 20 patients are initially treated with cryotherap (cryotherapy spray contains liquid nitrogen, that is sprayed on the lesion from a distance of 1-2cm

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: having at least one recalcitrant wart

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: facial, oral and genital warts pregnancy and lactation immune deficiency local infection and inflamation over injection sites epilepsy history of colloid formation over injection sites chronic kidney disease cold urticaria hypercalcemia or hypervitaminosis d injection phobia

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Healing of warts. Timepoint: every 2 weeks after first session of therapy. Method of measurement: physical examination.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Treatment side effects. Timepoint: every 2 weeks after first session of therapy. Method of measurement: physical examination and history taking from the patient.
