Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Term women with normal pregnancies Normal vaginal delivery The presence of edema in the perineum area is 1 or higher There is more pain in the perineum area than 3 Grade 2 rupture or episiotomy with pain
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: High blood pressure Medical conditions such as diabetes, heart disease.. Taking certain medications such as sedatives .. Preterm Pregnancy

| Vulvar Edema. Timepoint: Every hour until the first 6 hours after delivery. Method of measurement: The edema will be determined using a 5-degree Morianz study (zero, no edema, and no pressure on the hand, no hyperemia or protrusion at any point, grade 1 when the edema was in the area of the labia minora, grade 2 It was when the edema developed towards the labia majora and the perineal condition disappeared, and grade 3 when the edema passed through the labia minora and involved the vestibule, and grade 4 spread to the cornea. The person will be evaluated by a midwife.;Vulvar pain. Timepoint: Every hour until the first 6 hours after delivery. Method of measurement: 10 degree pain ruler. | — |
