Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All STEMI patient that admitted in Chamran hospital that dont give Coq10 at last Dont have any arrhythmias (av block -VT) Dont be in cardiogenic shock Be at least 18 and up to 85 years old Typical chest pain that continued at least 20 mints

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Every STEMI patients that dont be in 18-85 years old and give Coq10 or any type of anti inflammatory medication Cardiogenic shock-VSR Arrhythmias ( VT -AV block - VF)

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Hs-troponin, Arrhythmias, Echocardiographic evidence. Timepoint: before intervention and 24 hour after and arrhythmias on admition time. Method of measurement: Hs-troponin kit , hospital monitoring and daily ECG.
