Intervention 1: Intervention group: using microvisc gel in tympanomastoidectomy surgery. Intervention 2: Control group: Using gelfoam in tympanomastoidectomy surgery.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: primary tympanoplasty with 6-12 month follow up patients age more than 18 years old large subtotal TM perforation at least 2 month dry ear before operation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with incomplete post-operative follow up (less than 6 month), , and . Pre operative medical problems such as asthma, diabetes, coagulation disorders, cardiovascular disease, basic metabolic disorder, immune system deficiency and chronic liver or renal disease Smoker patients Patients with revision surgery
