Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women 18 to 22 weeks diagnosed with high-risk pregnancies

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosis of overt diabetes or use of insulin at baseline (FBS> = 105 or 2 hpp> = 120) Dissatisfaction with the company in studying the history of allergies to omega-3 Unable to continue taking the drug due to digestive problems or allergic reactions
