Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All participants recruited form 20 branches of congress 60 (Congress 60, a recovery community in the Islamic Republic of Iran, was founded by Mr. Hossein Dezhakam in 1998. Congress 60 currently has 58 branches and more than 57,000 active members) in Tehran, Iran. Participants were not allowed to be currently undertaking MMT.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects with a lifetime history of a major medical disorder (hepatic, neurological, etc.), head injury resulting in loss of consciousness for more than 5 min. opium overdoses resulting in hospitalization to intensive care unit for more than one day, seizures or other paroxysmal states (including drug-related paroxysms), HIV infection, or a major psychiatric illness (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, etc.).
