Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 19-65 years Diagnosis of type 1 bipolar disorder according to DSM5 criteria Having at least three of the 5 characteristics of metabolic syndrome
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Take vitamin E and omega-3 supplements in the last trimester Having a history of thyroid disease, kidney disease, chronic or severe internal disease (cancer, autoimmune disease, cardiac ischemia, and liver disease).
