Inclusion criteria: Men aged 15-50 years having kidney failure With sexual dysfunction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetic patients history of Varicocele history of Vasectomy Advanced cardiopulmonary disease History of neuropsychiatric drugs
