Inclusion criteria: Age 30-65 No confirmed hearing and speech problems No Alzheimer or dementia.

The number of occurrences of severe hypoglycemia in patients during three months after the intervention. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and three months after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Researcher-made questionnaire.;The number of occurrences of asymptomatic hypoglycemia in patients during three months after the intervention.
