Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Have a Desire to Participate in the Study Have at least 2 years of Hospital Experience In the last 3 Months, there is no Problem with Stress, including the Death of a loved one, Dismissal from Work, Pregnancy, Accident and Surgery The Person does not have Chronic Anxiety Disorder, Depression, Hyperthyroidism and High Blood Pressure Do not take Certain Medications, such as Sedatives or Psychiatric Medications or Sleeping Pills, During the Study Have no History of Acupressure The overall score of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index is 5 or higher. The total score of the questionnaire should be 91 and above Do not supplement with a variety of treatments during the study At the point of my sand, a person may feel warm, heavy, numb, or numb
