Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group 1: MLS laser therapy and physical therapy exercises. The MLS (Multiwave Locked System) laser therapy utilizes the synchronized emission of an 808?nm continuous laser

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - pain symptoms for at least 3 months - decreased range of motion - diagnosed with supraspinatus tendinitis, calcific tendinitis or adhesive capsulitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with systemic inflammatory rheumatic diseases decompensated heart failure, neurologic deficits recent neck surgery patients who had received analgesics or steroid injections for their shoulder pain
