Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women with endometriosis and recurrent implantation failure History of at least two failed grade A embryo or blastocyst transfers Having a frozen Grade A embryo or blastocyst Age under 40 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Specific causes of implantation failure include: anatomic, chromosomal, untreated hydrosalpinx, and chronic endometritis. Immunological cause of implantation failure, such as autoantibodies or immunological diseases

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Clinical pregnancy. Timepoint: Six weeks after embryo transfer. Method of measurement: Observing the fetal heartbeat on a 6-week transvaginal ultrasound.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Implantation success rate. Timepoint: Two weeks after the embryo transfer. Method of measurement: Measurement of serum levels of beta human chorionic gonadotropin (Beta-hCG).
