Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Premature babies with no abdominal distension and signs and symptoms of NEC Birth weight of <1500 grams Gestational age <32 weeks Enteral feeding (per-oral or gavage) Growing that needed to transfusion for severe anemia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: All sick patients Neonates with sepsis History of previous feeding intolerance and NEC Neonates without enteral feeding
