Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 30-60 years BMI 18.5 - 30 At least 6 months of hemodialysis experience Ability and willingness to collaborate in the project

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Underlying diseases including stage 3 and 4 heart failure, acute liver and thyroid disease, malignancy - Regular use of pomegranate supplements or juice in the past 3 months - Smoking, alcohol and hookah use - Use of steroidal and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs - Severe reaction to syrups and placebo - Pregnancy during the study period - Hospitalization due to disease activation during the intervention - Patient withdrawal to cooperate in the study - Use of other anti-inflammatory and antioxidant supplements
