Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1- Adults over 18 years of age 2-Patients who are candidates for PCI
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Use of oral corticosteroids and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs other than aspirin more than 72 hours before or three times the half-life of the drug GFR <30 ml/min and the patient is on dialysis Use of strong CYP3A4/P-glycoprotein inhibitors Chronic use of colchicine or development of tolerance to colchicine Presence of infection or active malignancy in the patient History of myelodysplasia in the patient Participation in other studies Inability to provide information or lack of consent Any factor that the researcher believes may distort the results of the study.
