Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with latent tuberculosis using tuberculin skin test or IGRA.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Liver disease Active tuberculosis hepatitis Pregnansy Lactating Alcoholism Sensitivity to NAC
