Interventions

Intervention group: 28 hemodialysis patients received 3 mg of oral melatonin made by Razak factory overnight for 3 months.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 years and over and who had been undergoing hemodialysis for at least 3 months had triglycerides =150 mg / dl, low HDL 5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of stroke and myocardial infarction and Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA),, , , and peripheral vascular disease malignancy, liver cirrhosis COPD active hepatitis heart failure autoimmune diseases corticosteroid use non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)andstatin positive viral marker hepatitis HIV had a history of hospitalization and infection during the last month

CRP &LIPIDPROFILE. Timepoint: CRP and lipid profile tests were performed at the beginning of the course and at the end of 3 months. Method of measurement: blood test.
