Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age > 18 Age <50 Knee varus with or without Kellgren Lawrence grade III & IV osteoarthritis of the medial compartment ?Informed consent MPTA <83

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of previous surgery on the limb Revision surgery History of dementia, psychological, or psychiatric disorders that affect decision making No consent for inclusion in the study Inflammatory arthritis of the knee Using systemic corticosteroids Immunodeficiency Osteoarthritis of the lateral or patellofemoral compartment Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (FBS>160, HbA1c>7.5) range of motion 15 degrees Flexion contracture > 15 degrees Tibial subluxation > 1 cm Severe bone loss in medial tibial plateau (> 3mm) Patella Baja Skin disorders in the incision site Smoking in the last 3 months Using NSAID in the last 6 weeks Vascular diseases BMI 30

MeasureTime frame
Union time. Timepoint: 6 weeks, 8 weeks, 10 weeks, 12 weeks, 6 months, 12 months. Method of measurement: Knee radiography.
