Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 60 years Helicobacter pylori gastric ulcer positive Urease rapid test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy and Breastfeeding Complex gastrointestinal ulcers (ie GU and DU at the same time) History of wound complications (such as bleeding, perforation, pyloric stenosis, and precancerous lesions) Liver or kidney dysfunction and heart failure Other serious illnesses (e.g., severe mental disorders and cancer). History of alcohol consumption.
